When I was little, my momma used to make these. They were yellow with orange zest. Little did I know that this is what childhood is all about!

This is the first review Ive written in All Recipes and would give it 8 brownie points for taste. I used a white chocolate chip cookie that I got from an online bake sale. I crushed the peanut butter cups to make them more cake-like. I put the icing ingredients in a medium bowl, with a small bowl already filled, set aside. I created a cakeanna frosting formula that didn't leave the cookies too cake-like. I used a small cookie scoop to drop onto the bottom 8"x4" baking dish. I baked the dish and the cookies took the form of little balls, little spheres, with the buttercream topping. They looked like little goldfish swimming in chocolate milk. A delightful dessert to be treasured. Thanks.
