8 slices turkey bacon
3 tablespoons spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 (12 ounce) container frozen hash brown potatoes
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons prepared brown sugar
1 (12 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Remove bacon grease, crumble and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix pasta sauce, sugar, hash browns, cream cheese, evaporated milk, eggs, brown sugar, hash browns and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Place the bacon grease mixture in the bottom of the baking dish. Spread hash browns evenly over the top of the bacon grease mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
