2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (.75 ounce) package chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) package baby artichokes, chopped
1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup White BBQ sauce
1 (8 ounce) package corn muffins
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spread over a large pizza pan.
Beat cream cheese and onion in large bowl until smooth. Mix the artichokes, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese in another large bowl. Beat the sausage mixture into the artichoke mixture until well mixed. Spread this mixture over the cream cheese/orange mixture. Layer the remaining layer of cream cheese/orange mixture over the artichoke mixture. Roll the tortillas to fit the edges of the pans. Place 1/2 teaspoon of the mozzarella cheese over the entire crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until flat. Transfer to a wire rack to cool on wire rack. Cover tightly with aluminum foil or plastic wrap to prevent spreading of outside of pan.
