Black Tea in Brie Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar

1 (.25 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

6 eggs

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 2/3 cups milk

2 cups white sugar

3 teaspoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/3 cups banana slices

1 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup chopped strawberries

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and pudding mix until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and milk; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in the flour mixture. Finally, mix in the white sugar, flour mixture and bananas to form a stiff dough. Roll out the dough, leaving a 1 or 2 inch strip. Cut into 1 inch cubes. Place into the prepared pans.

Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 71 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before removing parchment from serving dish. Serve with sliced pecans.

To make the filling: In a medium bowl, stir together the brown sugar, sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and milk. Stir in pecans, strawberries, walnuts and banana slices. Pour filling into crust and refrigerate overnight.
