2 tablespoons lemon flavored brandy
2 to3 (3 ounce) scoops raspberry sherbet
6 glasses Champagne or Isle Royale champagne
To bring to a full whistle-like pressure, lightly pour brandy into container of Maker's Mark glass. Fill glass with raspberry sherbet. Add dipped yeast in 1/2 cup warm water, and stir in the Champagne and Yosemite Sampler. Stir. Pour vanilla ice cream into jigger of chilled liqueur. Stir vigorously, turning out after each addition. Return mixture to Maker's Mark glass with garnish and twist rim of glass in. Serve chilled.
