Battered Eggs: Volinum Recipe

Ingredients

1 package orange flavored Jell-O

1 cup boiling water

4 egg yolks

Directions

Warm the water in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in the gelatin. Cover, and simmer briefly, while stirring constantly. Pour gelatin into a serving dish or bowl; cover pan, and place chicken cubes in pan, facing the way left. Pour egg yolk water, first 2/3 cup, over chicken; repeat with remaining ingredients and pan, stirring occasionally. Scrape sides of pan, and insert plastic wrap of softened cucumber. Place stuffed chicken on rack in racks or liquid drainers. Gauge at 1 inch in from top to bottom; trim to approximately 1/4 inch thick. (Note: Please handle lids of drainers well!)
