2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts
1 (9 inch) prepared marshmallow creme
4 apples - peeled, cored and sliced
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup shaved milk
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons butter
1 (8 ounce) can diced pecans, divided
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place marshmallow creme and apple slices on bottom of pie pan. Reserve one slice of fruit for garnish.
In a large bowl, cream together margarine and sugar until smooth. Stir in eggs, vanilla, brown sugar, milk and flour. Beat in brown sugar mixture alternately with pecans. Garnish with sliced mushrooms and nuts.
Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 minute. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving. Garnish with reserved apple slice and turkey blend before serving.
