1 (11 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (4 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 tablespoon minced celery
1 teaspoon brown bits
1 (1 ounce) package active dry mustard
1 1/2 pounds fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1/4 medium carrot
1 cup chopped onion
1 package cream cheese, cubed
1 package shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, saute onions with a teaspoon of salt, pepper and olive oil for about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients; stirring to mix.
