8 eggs
1 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups shredded coconut
3 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, beat together eggs, melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Mix thoroughly, then stir in vanilla. Beat in flour until well blended. Fold in melted butter. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
I wasn't really sure what to make with this cake, but I added a strawberry. Not a flavor for everyone, but I think it would have added a nice flavor.
