1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried salt
mixed dried herbs
salt to taste
Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in onion for 1 minute and saute.
Add dry onion and salt to taste. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in herbs and salt.
Fry chicken breasts or ½ of the breast slices in centers to ensure coated. Place coated pieces on hot grill; grill for no longer than 3 minutes (too quickly can break up the pieces). Top with fried pieces and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Serve in rice bowls or dish on rolls or flat. Serve with tomato sauce.
