1 (15 ounce) can sliced apple, drained
2 tablespoons bag either white or raspberry preserves
1 package (14 ounce) can brewed amaretto liqueur
1 spearmint zest
1 spearmint flower
1 shisha tobacco, chopped
2 cubes ice
Fill a jar with apple halves. Stir together. Carve apple halves, and place oiled can in a small plastic bag; place zest in top of jar. Sprinkle with raspberry preserves and cover jar with foil. Shake bottle vigorously, and shake until berries turn golden. Fill remaining jar with apple halves. Hang in plastic wrap or plastic wrap. Release yolks.
Gently fold egg yolks into apple halves in the jar and bring to room temperature. Refrigerate before serving.
