6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (15 ounce) can fresh pineapple with juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Place chicken in a large bowl. Place mushrooms, pineapple, cream cheese, lime juice and orange marmalade in large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place chicken on a medium baking sheet. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour.
Remove foil and bake for an additional hour or until chicken is tender, turning once.
