1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 pounds sliced mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons minced shallots
1 (16 ounce) can mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, chili powder, pepper and brown sugar, and mix well.
In a separate small bowl, mix together eggs, onion powder, brown sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and mushrooms. Stir these into the beef mixture to form a roux. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, shallots and mushrooms. Mix into the roux until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until burgers are cooked through.
