1 (18 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (14 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (3 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries, drained
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 1/2 cups lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries, drained
1 (8 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries, raw
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To Make Strawberry Filling: In a blender combine the strawberries, pineapple juice, orange juice, cream cheese, egg yolks, egg whites, lemon extract, lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, cream cheese and lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage. Blend until smooth, pour into 3 molds and arrange on a large baking sheet.
To Make Strawberry Glaze: In a medium bowl, mix the lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, strawberries and whipped topping. Spread over pie crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Cool completely, removing sponge from pie. Let stand for 1 hour before serving.
This is very good. The spiced rum flavour was appealing. However, I personally don't like ginger and didn't think the recipe would be for everyone. However, it is very easy to make and I loved the combination of fruits and spice. Although, I would have gone with something a little sweeter, perhaps agarwood or clove.
