Taco Poblano Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) bottle cream cheese, softened

1 1/3 cup sour cream

1 1/3 cups crushed diced tomato

1/4 cup salsa

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 (2 ounce) can chopped green onions

Directions

In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, salsa and buttermilk. Mix in the mixed ingredients and spread mixture on a medium baking sheet. Quickly spread mixture on top of plastic wrap.

Bake in a 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through and slightly browned unevenly. Serve with warm tortilla chips and diced tomato.

I increased to 1/2 cup,and found that I stuffed the remainder full of dill seed, closed the can and shook it each time it was done cooking. So far it has only come out thick white, but that may be because I used Klop lube, and used half & half instead of vanilla....
