This recipe served ME fine for time being, but use caution when baking it. Fermentation seems to be flaring up the dough enough for this recipe to be safe. Once it came out of the fridge it was looser and I think CF'd about because of the settings on there. I had to add flour to hit the bubbles...and that's just what I did. Equal parts Hot and Dry. You just have to be patient.
