1 (3 ounce) can chicken wing sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cubes chicken bouillon, crumbled
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup water
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix chicken wing sauce, 1 egg, broth, brown sugar, chicken bouillon cube and oil. Mix 1 cup of this mixture into the chicken mixture, and pour chicken mixture into baking dish. Mix together the orange juice and mushrooms.
Cover sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes, uncovered for 10 to 13 minutes, or until internal rice raises and liquid is absorbed.
