Gravy Baked Pot Pies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup milk

2 cups beaten butter (room temperature)

2 eggs

4 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon almond extract

1 egg, beaten

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup white wine

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Line baking sheet cookie sheets with heavy aluminum foil.

In a medium bowl, cream together milk, butter, eggs and brown sugar until thoroughly blended. Add almond extract and apple cider vinegar. Add white wine. Puree. Stir in vinegar and juice.

Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until firm. Cookies don't have to be big or dense to be good. Let them cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

Good and bad. The greasy dill seed dressing tasted good, but when I think of a poached egg I usually have it spread on the outside of the egg, but nothing on the inside. When I brush the egg, I press it around the outside edge, creating a finish. But, I found the dipping sauce was missing. So I left it out--scrumptious.
