1 cup kielbasa sausage
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 pound kielbasa or pepper mix
Place sausage in a large skillet or deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain sausage from grease, and crumble. Return to skillet, and add oil. Stirring constantly, cook sausage in oil until brown.
Return sausage to skillet, and cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, cumin and parsley. Pour mixture over kielbasa/pig mix, and sprinkle with corn and kielbasa.
Scald kielbasa using a slotted spoon. Transfer kielbasa mixture to a large container with lid, and cover. Cover with plastic wrap, and let stand for several hours.
