1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant Raisin Cookie Mix
1 (16 ounce) package nonstick/nonstick tinned cream cheese, diced
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cut the cake into long strips. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, cookie mix, cream cheese and mixed vegetables. Mix well and spread mixture into a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with raisins. Bake an additional 15 minutes, or until browned. Remove from cookie sheet and sprinkle with raisins. Cool completely. Serve warm or cold.
