1 1/4 cups light whipping cream
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/4 cups white sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine cream, 1 1/4 teaspoons flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, yellow mustard and eggs. Mix together well. Add milk, sugar, oil and 1/4 cup butter. Mix well to pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake an additional 15 minutes, or until filling is set. Cool completely before refrigerating. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator.
