Orange Cream Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups light whipping cream

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1 1/4 cups white sugar

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine cream, 1 1/4 teaspoons flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, yellow mustard and eggs. Mix together well. Add milk, sugar, oil and 1/4 cup butter. Mix well to pour mixture into pie shell.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake an additional 15 minutes, or until filling is set. Cool completely before refrigerating. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator.

Very good and simple recipe. I wanted to try out the product before deciding whether or not to purchase the nuts and seeds for my family. I was pleased with the way they turned out. The first time I will make it is when I have the product all to myself. The second time I make it is when I have friends over. Will definitely make again.
