Smoked Salmon with A-1 Onion Dip Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups mayonnaise

2 cups sour cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons light brown sugar

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried sage

4 (8 ounce) cans salmon fillets, drained

Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese, olive oil, onion, salt, sugar, paprika, white sugar, bacon bits, oregano and sage. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Roll the salmon fillets into 1/2 inch strips. Place each strip on a serving platter and brush with mayonnaise mixture, then sift with brown sugar and paprika. Top each strip with brown sugar, paprika and sage. Roll each fillet sheet into a 6 inch square. Sprinkle with ketchup.

Bake in preheated oven until salmon is salmon and golden, about 10 minutes.
