1 pint beef broth
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
2 cups potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup lemons or salt from your favorite fruit
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup dry milk powder
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine broth, eggs, salt, bouillon granules, potatoes, lemons or salt from your favorite fruit, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and dry milk powder. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Fold over, but not seal. Fold over until everything is loaded in the pan. Heat lightly in microwave; cover, turn, and microwave 1 minute. Pour over the warm pancakes and serve hot.
