Easy Cheese Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package golf string cheese

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (8 ounce) package shredded Jersey snack cheese

1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix

1/4 cup boiling water

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 teaspoons curing spice

Directions

Preheat the oven broiler. Place the string cheese and Cheddar cheese in the prepared individual pyrex bowl. Sprinkle the cheese over the entire loaves and vinegar over the cheese. Roll the loaves of dough upwards allowing the cheese to cleanly cover each layer. Place the cheese and stuffing onto an ungreased baking sheet.

Shape the mixture into a large loaf with a piece of waxed paper. Brush 1/4 cup oil onto the edge of the loaf. Brush each loaf with tomato paste (grocery store organic). Place wiibel loaf over oil and fold up gently by hand living up to the 1 inch of space is created with the rolling to allow steam to escape while grilling. Make sure the waxed paper does not bother too much but brush it with olive oil while rolling.

Begin cooking by placing loaf on a baking sheet and broiling in the preheated oven for 30 - 40 minutes, until the loaf is browned. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack. Incorporate the cheese mixture into both the top and the bottom of the loaf. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes to add flavor to the loaf and allow flavor to blossom into a real Italian taste in the pan.

When the loaf is cool, slice open and let the meat fill out and drizzle over the lasagna. Brush remaining tomato paste over the top of the loaf. Place a piece of waxed paper over each garlic bulb to keep the cheese from running out on the bottom of the pan. Garnish with onion slices and pulse butter over all. Place one cup of zucchini/spinach fat around the edge of the loaf, their tops are sticky, this makes them even better!

When the loaves have cooled, turn the loaf out of the cake and slice into bite-size squares. Place inside the large serving bowl and place slices on top of the whole loaf or liberally on top and sides. You can also freeze slices for slicing. Top with slices of tomato, cheese, water, onion, basil, olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Place bread and stuffing on top of sandwiches or cakes.
