6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup white wine
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 (3 ounce) can diced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) package croutons
Mix the white wine, broth, olive oil, onion and chicken; pour mixture into a large mixing bowl. Measure 2 cups of liquid and add wine mixture to mass. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Mix everything with a hand and form into a pie. Arrange chicken breasts, mushrooms and croutons on a large serving platter along the sides.
