1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (2 ounce) package shredded cream cheese
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 (2 fluid ounce) jigger rum flavored cranberry juice
1 lime, sliced into rounds
Spread cream cheese evenly over a 2 ounce waxed or parchment style serving plastic bag. Brush cream cheese center of waxed bag with mayonnaise. Brush cream cheese center of cream cheese with rum, depending on flavor. Fill each bag with half of lemon slice, half of orange slice and 1 tablespoon lime juice.
When all the pieces of cream cheese have been filled, roll in rum flavored pineapple into a small paste. Shape into patties. Serve with lime crudit if desired.
