4 eggs
1 cup margarine
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup water
1 cup strawberry jam
In a medium saucepan, heat margarine and sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in water, strawberry jam and eggs. Stir for 1 minute, then remove from heat. Cool slightly. Store concentrated ice cream in refrigerator.
