1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (4 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package instant orange pudding mix
2 teaspoons orange flavored extract
8 ice cubes
1 cup hot milk (optional)
In a large saucepan, mix the gelatin, orange juice concentrate, orange extract and orange pudding mix. Slowly stir in 2 cups of hot milk until mixture is thickened. Pour mixture into crust, and chill in fridge overnight to allow flavors to blend.
The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To Make the Frosting: In a large bowl, mix chocolate syrup, confectioners' sugar, orange extract, lemon extract and orange juice concentrate. Beat ice cubes and milk in small bowl until ice is frozen. Stir in orange tissue. Pour over pie and chill overnight. Remove pie from refrigerator before serving.
