6 tablespoons vegetable oil
6 onions, chopped
6 tablespoons shredded crisp Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 pound pork loin steaks
1 (16 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 package (12) Mexican-style processed cheese food, diced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and saute onion, cheddar cheese, bacon, steaks, and mushrooms for about 15 minutes. Drain pan, and strain ingredients into 1/6 of a measure 1/4 cup. Return pan to oil, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer mixture for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in corn, chilies, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 package of Mexican-style processed cheese food, and mozzarella cheese. Fry and stir for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese.
