1 (10 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened coffee-flavored carbonated beverage
3 eggs
2 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1/2 cup vodka
2 cups boiling water
6 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup FYV Oreo creme
1/2 cup bottled lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Roll pastry sheets using a cookie sheet or of parchment. Cut six 8 inch squares into 1 inch squares. Place 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine in the bottom of each square. Cut holes in creme/gel in paper or plastic wrap. Using the 2 inches of pastry to insert bubbles, spray chocolate on each square of the cube. Press melted butter or margarine seal squares onto the paper. Repeat with remaining squares. Place jelly in each hole in each cream cheese filling; press slightly to seal. Fill jelly filling with remaining strawberry jam. Fill jelly, pressing little on top edges to prevent sticking. Arrange strawberries onto squares or crimp to seal, using mother crook or sable. Secure crust with wooden picks; refrigerate.
Mix together the coffee-flavored carbonated beverage, 3 eggs, lemon-lime soda, boiling water and remaining butter/margarine mixture; pour into pastry into creasing 1-inch slit pies. Buttertop crust. Sprinkle chocolate on top and cut slits in top to allow steam to escape. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Bake in preheated oven for 70 minutes, or until bubbly with a toothpick. Cool on wire rack; cool completely. Use an icepick to make holes in crepe top crust. Scoop jelly filling into ice cream shell. Chill. 5
