3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped stalks celery
1 teaspoon paprika
3 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
2 onions, diced
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly oil a medium baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, flour, egg, onion, celery, celery, tomatoes, onion, tomato paste and chicken tarts. Fill prepared baking dish with the mixture.
Bake ten to fifteen minutes, or until golden brown. Cool before serving.
