1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 (16 ounce) can Italian-style lentils, divided
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 cups Italian-style pasta
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped red onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup chopped fresh oregano
1/2 cup chopped fresh red pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook pork in oil until brown, about 7 minutes. Stir in garlic powder, onion, and garlic. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Place pork in skillet. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir in lentils, browned, onion, garlic, beef, Italian-style lentils, Worcestershire sauce, Italian-style pasta, bread crumbs, parsley, thyme, mint, oregano, basil, oregano, salt, pepper. Continue cooking to simmer.
