1 pound pork loin
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon white wine
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Heat oil in skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Sift together bouillon, parsley, white wine, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Allow skillet to warm to room temperature.
Place pork in skillet and fry over medium heat. Fry 6 to 7 minutes on each side; drain.
