1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 ounces butterscotch pudding
3 cups chocolate milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch pan. Make a well in the center of the flour. Stir together the remaining 2 tablespoons flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla. Make a well in the center of the pudding mix. Add chocolate milk and 1 cup milk. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting with your favorite chocolate glaze.
