Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/3 cup white sugar

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

12 ounces butterscotch pudding

3 cups chocolate milk

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch pan. Make a well in the center of the flour. Stir together the remaining 2 tablespoons flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla. Make a well in the center of the pudding mix. Add chocolate milk and 1 cup milk. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting with your favorite chocolate glaze.

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! My husband complained when they were all gone. My only warning would be to be careful when grilling over high heat, some of ours were burned, however my husband still inhaled his and it was very easy to get him to go back to smoking mode.
