39 pan pizza shells
4 large tomatoes, diced
2 large onions, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon crushed pepper as needed
10 liters water
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Remove aluminum foil from pizza shell. Snip holes in top of pizza dough half-way down. Place 4 tomatoes, diced and 1 onion into shell.
Add salt, pepper, 6 liters water, cheese, and fruit. Cover and seal baking sheets. Baking at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
