1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can refried beans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons salsa
2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup diced Mexican hot pepper pepper peppers (optional)
1/2 cup salsa (optional)
1 (16 ounce) can tortilla chips
Place cream cheese in a small mixing bowl and mix with refried beans, cream cheese, salsa, cilantro, parsley, Mexican hot pepper, salsa and tortilla chips. Shape into small florets. Cover and refrigerate well.
