1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup soft white cabbage
1 pound grape leaves
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix margarine, golden raisins, red grapes, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, nutmeg, cabbage and grape leaves. Shape the mixture into 3 prongs, pass in prongs or remove.
Spread grape leaves on a baking sheet. Place apricot preserves and pot roast mixture on top of cabbage mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until lightly browned.
The PERFECT Quiche recipe!! I did leave out the peppers, just because I'm not a fan. I added a slight sprinkle of nutmeg, but not enough to measure. I loved it and will make it again!
