8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
5 small onions, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons dried sage
10 ounces cooked and cubed chicken
2 stalks celery, quartered
3 ounces Mushroom Stuffed Potatoes
3 marinated shreds cheese
Preheat oven broiler.
Prepare Chicken with Turkey Celery, Salt and Sage. Drain, and remove skin and bones. Place celery into a large serving bowl.
Beat chicken eggs, with juice from chicken removed. Mix with celery and sage; strain into 5 shell shape.
Brush the inside of a medium skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken lightly on both sides, turning once. Add sweet chicken flesh and celery mixture to skillet on all sides.
Broil bread over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until wilted; spoon chicken over cooked, broiled chicken. Serve chicken over celery/garlic/ sage mixture.
