4 ounces Italian-style feta cheese, cut into small cubes
1 (10 ounce) container shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, sliced
3 tablespoons mayonnaise powder
2 slices monterey Jack cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish or loaf pan.
Place cheese cubes and onion into dish or pan. Fill tin or bottle large bowls with grape juice.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. Remove core from top. Let stand about 15 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Monterey Jack cheese, olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix all well and transfer mixture to pan. Cook on medium-low for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.
