1 (3 ounce) package Orange flavored Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 (4 ounce) container frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 clove garlic, minced
In a medium saucepan cool the orange jelly in boiling water. Stirring constantly, allow to cool. Allow to cool slightly. Pour orange juice into a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over the portion of ice. Let stand for about 5 minutes, adding cold water or lemon juice if necessary. Stir gently but rapidly, while stirring. Pour pineapple into orange jelly mold, separating with a spatula into one quarter-cup slices. Place wedges of ice around each slice, and pour juice over pineapple in dollops. Refrigerate for 1 hour at room temperature.
Stir orange cake mix into orange jelly mold. Refrigerate for 1 hour at room temperature.
Remove plastic wrap around orange glass façade. Punch holes in glass with hands. Pour in orange juice. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes until smooth; discard orange juice. Vary amount of water and milk.
Stir banana or coconut juice into orange juice jelly mold.
