4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 pinch dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
Place chicken in a separate large pot with water just to cover. Add 1 teaspoon flour, stir gently and cook for 2 minutes; drain.
Spoon chicken into a large pot with water. Bring to a boil. Stir in celery, onions, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, thyme, cheese; reduce heat. Simmer for 1 minute.
