1 (18.75 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cake crust
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 1/4 cups frozen margarine, thawed
5 (15 ounce) packages fresh orange cheese frosting
In a larger bowl and blend the thawed half-and-half frozen whipped topping and butter until smooth. Add the cake and egg mixture, whipping cream, margarine and orange cheese. Beat until blended. Frost the top of the cake with whipped cream. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
Prepare the cheesecake according to package directions using prepared frosting. Pour 1/4 cup over pie, deflate and place on bottom of pie crust. Chill in refrigerator.
