1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, onion, celery, rosemary, parsley, mint, salt, oregano and basil. Mix well and spread mixture about 2 inches apart onto the bottom and sides of a 10x15 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Then uncover dish and continue baking for 15 minutes, brushing with remaining olive oil. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
I made this for my family and they loved it. Very simple but tasty.
