1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (18 ounce) can sweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped marshmallow creme
1 (16 ounce) can bananas, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch double boiler.
In a large bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix, coconut milk, pecans, marshmallow creme and bananas. Beat until very thick. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly. Serve warm.
