6 chicken thighs
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cayenne peppers, seeded and crushed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Italian salt
3 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon mace
2 eggs
1 cup cornmeal
2 tablespoons oil for frying
Place chicken in a shallow, nonstick bottom dish. Pour flour over chicken, to prevent sticking. Place cayenne pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Italian salt, sugar, mace and eggs in dish. Mix together. Coat well
