2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound lean beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 slices white bread
1 onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
4 slices Swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Combine olive oil, beef cubes and bread slices. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute 1 minute. Stir in onion, salt, oregano, slices and cheese. Continue cooking for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium. Add eggs, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes to milk mixture.
