4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 (1 ounce) package chicken flavored ramen noodles
1 package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 medium nonfat vegetable gravy
Place chicken thighs in a large, heavy skillet. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir about 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Remove chicken from skillet.
Strain broth through a strainer into small bowl. Stir in noodles, vegetables and chicken juices. Mix well and serve immediately.
