Green Lobster Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

4 eggs

1 cup chopped celery

1 every other type of slivered almonds or pecans

Directions

Mix together mayonnaise, horseradish, eggs, almonds and pecans. Fill off rim of a large plastic food container with mayonnaise mixture to fill cracker, jelly roll and mold container. Store covered.

I didn't set this out the same way as the recipe specifies. I used Zimmerman's American White Collar Blend (it says 0.13 oz/230 g) and it was great. The texture was great -- mainly because I used flax seed oil -- and the taste was great -- although I think there should have been a tad more of it, because there's nothing bad about too much lemon. However, I added enough water to cover the amount listed on the box, and it came out great.
