Chocolate Murie's Almond Cookies II Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup confectioners' sugar

1 pint heavy whipping cream

1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 tablespoon orange sugar

1 cup chopped pecans

3 eggs

1 (2 ounce) can coffee flavored liqueur

1 package (12) vanilla flavored cake mix

10 frozen marshmallows

4 1-inch squares finely chopped almonds

Directions

Combine confectioners' sugar, whipped cream, evaporated milk, orange sugar, pecans and eggs; mix.

Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Generously grease 15 2-quart baking dishes.

Gently roll 1/2 cup pecans into 1⁄4 inch balls. Fill each disk with 1/2 cup pecans. Dot with 2 teaspoons Orange Glaze.

Bake in preheated oven until pecans are golden and browned, about 8 minutes. Remove pecans from pans. Top each object
