4 ounces ground beef
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
1 (2 ounce) can sliced hot chile peppers, drained
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced green onions, drained
1/2 (6 ounce) can Mexican-style diced tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) can sliced green chile peppers
1 (8 ounce) can ORTEGA Refried Beans
1 (4 ounce) can ORTEGA Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced green olives
2 teaspoons taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
COOK beef, crumbled, in large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain. Stir in green chilies, chili powder, olives, hot chiles, chiles, tomatoes and taco sauce. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Stir in refried beans. Cook 4 minutes for liquid to thicken. Top with cheese. Top with meat mixture. Refrigerate over night.
